When a customer calls at your shop and buys a product, do you ask for their name and address or maybe their email address to send them details of Special Offers you may have coming up?  I hear you say YES…… well this is the reason you should also have an Opt-in Form on your website.

You should encourage every visitor to sign up for your Special Offer Newsletter, so that you can keep in touch with them via email – not having an Opt-in Form means you could be losing out on extra sales.
